Beth Bentley
Beth Bentley is a mother, certified yoga instructor, and advocate for mental health and wellness for children. She is leading the FVN campaign Care 4 Kids, an initiative to create child-friendly content to teach children about wellness, mindfulness, and processing complicated emotions.
Bentley is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 HR Yoga instructor with an additional 3 Yoga Alliance Certified Specialties in Children, Golf and Sports Performance. Beth has studied throughout the US and the world and is certified by renowned teachers such as Katherine Roberts and Denise Hatch. She has also attended multiple workshops and retreats with renowned teachers such as Rachel Brathen, Micheline Berry, McYogi, and Amanda Giacomini. Bentley was the first certified Yoga for Golfers teacher in the Tampa Bay Florida area. Bentley additionally has the distinction of being recognized as the first certified yoga teacher in both children and golf simultaneously in the world. All this lead her to launch her Asana Society brand.
Beth has been featured in multiple publications including Yoga Journal. After graduating from the University of Florida, she began her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative which has allowed her to balance the practice of yoga with successful business practices.
